We are rapidly advancing into a world where a lot of the jobs will be done by machines and due to the capitalistic system we live in it is terrifying to think that we won't have jobs in 20 year, So we should prepare a societal change to go with it so our lives don't revolve around working as much...

This is not what I envisioned for me,
All these tasks are so pointless,
I cannot find enjoyment,
In wasting the light of another day,

If a robot could do it better,
Why have me in its place,

Were Hypocrites when we raise our fists,
Can't Slow progression to autonomy
Making up jobs just for the sake,
To protect a system out of date,
It should be easy to let it go,

I think it's time we took a good hard look at the work we do and what we could mechanise,
When our actions are scripted, We shouldn't be conflicted,
But its ingrained our minds, To make money for our lives,

I am an organism posing a circuit board,
Just trying to conduct myself appropriately to afford,
A mediocrity I mention it to hunger for,
And so I press my uniform and wear it like a life support,
Where is the future that our science fiction promised us,
We've got the means to be entirely autonomous,
Instead we manufacture stresses to feel relevant,
We'll celebrate our arrogance and die like dinosaurs
